Certified Investment Management Analyst®

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™

Christopher W. Pascale is a co-founder and managing member of Lobo & Pascale Wealth Management, LLC, founded in 2001, He has over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry. Christopher specializes in portfolio management and retirement planning and provides comprehensive financial services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses throughout the United States.

Christopher learned the importance of hard work and education early in life. Growing up, he watched his parents work two jobs each so that he and his sister would never go without and would have the opportunity for an education and a chance to follow their dreams. Watching his parents sacrifice financially was the pivotal factor that led to his career in finance which would allow him to help his parents and others achieve financial success.

He learned core ethical values—to do the right thing and to always help others. His parents, though living modestly, took on foster children and would give the little extra they had to help others. These values of service and sacrifice are deeply instilled in Christopher and have stuck with him throughout his life and career. He finds it very rewarding to help clients reach their financial dreams and goals.

Christopher met Jeremy Lobo in the late ’90s while working for an independent financial planning firm. There, they saw advisors taking advantage of clients by using investments and financial products that prioritized and benefited themselves rather than the clients. The two, realizing they shared the same core ethical values, set out to open their own independent advisory firm with a focus on putting the client first and doing the right thing. In their 20s and with no clients and very few assets but an insatiable entrepreneurial spirit, they took the leap and started their journey! Fast-forward 20 years, and Christopher and Jeremy have created a premier wealth management firm, Lobo & Pascale, with over $185 million in assets under advisement. They continue to thrive and grow their client-focused practice while navigating investors through the seismic changes that are taking place in the financial services industry.

The most important thing in the world to Christopher is his family: his wife, Heidi, and daughter, Reiley. They reside in Middlefield, Connecticut. While he spends most of his time cheering on Reiley’s softball teams or at her Alpine ski races, Christopher still finds the time to work out and live a primal lifestyle. On winter weekends, you’ll find him in Vermont, skiing alongside his daughter.

Additionally, Christopher is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute™ and both the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Hartford. He has been selected as a Connecticut Five Star Wealth Manager four times and is set to appear in the December 2018 issue of Connecticut Magazine* . Christopher also appeared in the June 13, 2016, Wall Street Journal feature “Ten Five Star Wealth Managers You Need to Know” and in similar features in the May 2016 editions of Forbes, Fortune, Money, and Entrepreneur.* In recognition of achievements at his firm, Christopher was named to the 2017 Commonwealth Vista Club.**

Michael A. Mendillo Jr.

Financial Advisor

Michael A. Mendillo Jr. is a Financial Advisor at Lobo & Pascale Wealth Management, LLC, headquartered in Wallingford, Connecticut. Being a homegrown product of Wallingford, Mike always tells his clientele that it’s funny how some things come full circle in this town. The people of Wallingford were always there to help him, from little league baseball, to the days Mike served as team captain of his high school baseball team. Finally, Mike now has the chance to return the favor by helping those same parents achieve financial stability. While he is looking forward to working with clients across the state, it’s a special feeling to give back to his community.

On a more personal note, Mike is always working on improving his golf game and tries to get out on the links as often as possible with his friends during the summer. Mike also enjoys fishing for bass with his father on Sundays. They love to fish in tournaments and always enjoy exploring new lakes together. Mike loves watching all sports and is a big supporter of the New York Mets, New York Giants, UConn Huskies, and Boston Bruins. When he’s not on the golf course or on a boat, Mike loves to hangout on the weekends with his family and friends whom he’s known since grade school. Mike’s friends tend to say that despite his love of fishing, the majority of the time he spends in the water is when he's golfing.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from the Mario J. Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University. It was in the small town of Bristol, Rhode Island where he met some of his best friends and future roommates and began making memories which will last for a lifetime. Even after college they still talk daily, and started taking annual trips together as a way to stay connected. Although this trip is usually to a New England Patriots road game, Mike still makes the trek and takes the heat of being the sole New York Giants fan…which is never easy with a bunch of Boston guys!

After graduation, Mike was fortunate enough to team up with Lobo & Pascale Wealth Management, LLC where he began his career as a Junior Associate in June of 2014. Through this role Mike learned the business from the ground up and offered fresh perspective to analysis of stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds for portfolios. Jeremy Lobo and Chris Pascale both acted as mentor figures grooming Mike to learn how to effectively help pre-retirees and retirees successfully prepare for, transition into, and live comfortably during retirement.  Mike has now worked his way into an advising role at the firm where he thrives on helping craft tailored financial plans for each individuals needs ranging from young professionals to retirees.
